Getting Adobe iFilter working

Our intranet used indexing service extensively. We'd set up a variety of
shared folders, people could drag-n-drop files into them, and then we had
some ASP code that would render a list of said documents in HTML.

This was set up years ago.

Recently, our server died, so we had to copy over the sites onto a new box.

For some reason, we can't get the PDF files 'docTitles' to show up in the
index. We've installed the new version of Adobe's iFilter DLL (versio 6) and
have reindexed everything, but still, the docTitle will not show up. It is
set to cache in the index.

Any ideas as to why it's not grabbing that data?

run the pdf's through filtdump and see if the doctitle is emitted there.
