My Default Web site and some of the Virtual Directory in it are being
indexed. So the Web catalog is configure with it in order to perform
searching. I have an old Virtual Directory which had since been deleted and
the directory does no longer exist. I disable this folder and deleted it on
the Indexing Service Catalog, however, the directory reappears each time I
restart the Indexing Service.

It seems it is still hiden somewhere in the Default Web Site or its
configuration.

How can I permanently get rid of this directory?

Thanks.

well ?!

The directory no longer exist in IIS, I do not know from where the catalog is
getting it. I have even newly created the directory and delete again, but
that did not help either.
