Is there something like a thesaurs for indexing server?
I am trying to find a solution for words that have the same meaning!
for example if I write the query house I want also documents with the
word home to be returned!
any ideas how to do that?

No, in other Microsoft search products there is. Basically you will have to
do some sort of lookup to expand your search to both terms.
